三、電氣特性：半導電阻水帶具有吸濕性強、膨脹率大、膨脹速率快的特點，產品電阻小，具有半導電特性，能有效緩沖、弱化電場強度,機械強度高，易于各種電纜繞包和縱包加工，產品耐熱性好，瞬間耐溫高，電纜可在瞬間高溫時保持性能穩定。
Electrical characteristics: Semi-conductive water blocking tape with high moisture, large expansion rate, and fast expansion rate features. Little resistance, with semi-conducting characteristics, can weaken the electric field strength effectively. Not deformed easily when in external force, used for wrapping of all kinds of power cables. Good heat resistant, high temperature resistance in short-term, cable can keep stable at high temperature.
四、分切及包裝：分切最小寬度為5mm，內孔大小為52mm或76mm；收卷最大外徑為800mm，紙箱包裝。
